On June 19-20, 2019, the only fastener and technology show in Latin American—Fastener Fair Mexico opened at WTC Mexico City. China Fastener Info (CFI) exhibited with the popular China Fastener Directory (CFD) magazines, unveiling CFD’s 125th global trip.
 CFI’s booth as usual were welcomed many buyers who were quite interested in CFD magazines and wanted to find some suppliers. Representatives from CFI not only recommended quality suppliers to these professional buyers but also sincerely invited them to the upcoming Fastener Trade Show Suzhou which will be scheduled on Oct 23-25, 2019 at Suzhou International Expo Center. They left their name cards and wanted us to send them the latest information about the show so that they could plan to visit.
The exhibition brought together manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers from 7 countries. The significant increase in attendance registered to Fastener Fair Mexico, the leading exhibition in fastening and fixing technologies, revealed a solid growth of the industry in Mexico. The event successfully concluded its fifth edition at the World Trade Center in Mexico City."I am very satisfied with the results of this year. We achieved a 25 percent increase in the number of visitors, compared to the previous edition. The exhibitors are pleased with the quality of the attendees, and they will surely made good business", noted Melissa Magestro, Executive VP of Mack Brooks Exhibitions Inc., organizers of the Fastener Fair events in the world.
Over 100 companies from China, Germany, Mexico, Spain, Taiwan and the United States, exhibited in the 2019 edition, showing a wide variety industrial, specialized and standard fastening and fixing products and solutions.
At his opening speech, Luis Aguirre Lang, president of the National Council of the Maquiladora and Manufacturing for Exportation Industry –INDEX, explained its work to integrate greater value chains and increase the national content in manufacturing exports. “We are reaching more than 27 percent of added value in Mexican exports; the automotive, aerospace and medical industries are playing an important role to keep attracting investments and creating better liaisons with national suppliers, as well as with international suppliers. A clear example is this exhibition."

Oscar Albín, CEO of the National Industry of Auto parts – INA, commented after his keynote, Challenges of the Automotive Industry in Mexico, "this is a great opportunity to have contact with different manufacturers of this type of components that ease auto parts manufacturing, in addition to making it more economical and safer. "
 
Fastener Fair México organized for the first time one-to-one business meetings, aimed at decision makers of large companies in looking for new suppliers of industrial fastening solutions. The program registered an outstanding participation of companies in the automotive industry, thanks to the active collaboration of the newly formed Automotive Clusters Network of Mexico.

Fastener Fair México 2020 will be held at the Citibanamex exhibition center.
