Good evening! First of all, I am honored to attend this banquet on behalf of Ningbo Fastener Factory, and I want to say thanks to the organizer--China Fastener Info, who has done a lot of work for this exchange meeting.

Founded in 1984, Ningbo Fastener Factory is an export-oriented enterprise specialized in manufacture and sales of high strength hex fasteners. Covering an area of 17,300 square meters, including 13,100 square meters of building area, the company now has 247 employees, including 22 intermediate and senior technicians, producing18,000 tons of fasteners annually.

The company is possessed of imported advanced automatic multi-stage cold forging equipment, perfect processing techniques, as well as material element analyzer, electro-hydraulic universal testing machine controlled by a micro-computer, metallurgical analyzer, digital hardness tester and a complete set of product quality control inspection equipment. From raw materials to packing, our specialists monitor the quality status during every process. We took the lead in implementing and passing quality management system ISO 9001 in 2001.

Our products of ASME, DIN, ISO, BS and JIS standards are mainly used in machine manufacturing, maintenance project, infrastructure, bridge project, modern auto industry and other fields. They are mainly exported to North American, Europe, Asia-Pacific and other international markets.

In 2004, the company invested 43 million yuan to set up Ningbo Yunhao Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in product backup services such as heat treatment, surface treatment, packing, storage and so on. The foundation and operation of the new company further enhance Ningbo Fastener Factory's strength in product cost and quality control.

Over the past 24 years, Ningbo Fastener Factory has developed from small to large in scale, from home to abroad in market and from manual to scientific, human-oriented, and systematic in management. I owe all these changes to the support and help of our excellent team, clients and attendees tonight. Here, I'd like to send our special thanks to China Fastener Info. Since our cooperation in 2007, China Fastener Info has recommended lots of clients and enquiries to us, such as COMPLEX from Poland and BRUGOLA SERVICE from Italy, which also attend this show. This makes me feel that China Fastener Info is more than a web media for advertising service, but much more a provider of client resources. I firmly believe that the cooperation between our company and China Fastener Info will be much closer and longer. At the same time, I hope China Fastener Info can build a wider and complete information platform for our Chinese fastener enterprises to realize mutual benefit and common development.

Although fastener industry is a traditional industry, it is a long-lasting sunrise industry. Not only a family, but a project needs our products to offer backup service. I can say that our industry is promising because of the rising demands of international market. However, during these years, it has been a hard time for the export-oriented enterprises in fastener industry. A series of problems like a sudden cut of export tax rebate, EU's anti-dumping case, appreciation of RMB, rising cost of labor force and dramatic fluctuation of material price, strongly increase our pressures. To overcome this difficult situation, we must equip ourselves, optimize product structure, improve product quality, strengthen cost control and develop emerging markets. I sincerely hope that through this banquet, we can discuss together, put heads together and develop together.
