Having attended the 2007 International Fastener, Spring and Related Equipment Exhibition recently, Rui'an Fansheng Fastener Co., Ltd. gets to know a lot of buyers from home and abroad, for example, Italy, Thailand, Korea, India and so on. Quiet a few buyers are expanding business relations with Fansheng. Ms. Shi from Fansheng said,"We gain a lot from this show."


However, Ms. Shi has some worries. "The cut of the export rebate makes us frustrated." Ms. Shi added, "In order to compete with other manufacturers, our price is not high. Once we raise the price, many customers cannot accept, say Korean and Indian buyers, who are very sensitive about the increase of the price. If we keep our original price, it seems to be difficult for us. We are really worried about the problem in price will affect the company results." According to Ms. Shi, their regular customer from Italy did not place order to them because of their rise in price.


"Our annual production value last year was 30 million yuan. This February and March, we rebuilt our old plant and introduced 7 sets of equipment. It is estimated that the annual production value this year will reach 50 million yuan. But the total production value for 8 months (from March to October)was only 30 million yuan, so we must accept the more orders."


Ms. Shi said, "We will try our best to communicate with both buyers and our material suppliers, so that everybody can get profits."
