The factory director of Kinfast Mr. Zhang Anjun told reporter that, for Kinfast, Shenzhen was its distribution center, while Haining was its production base. The factory's duty is to perfectly finish the production task on time ordered by its trading company.


It is learned that there are more than 80 employees in the factory and over 20 employees are in the trading department. The factory is well-equipped with 20 sets of cold headers and 20 sets of thread rolling machines. Recently, the factory is planning to build a lab and introduce some testing devices. "Increase of testing devices is for better quality control and offer better service for customers. Statistics tell the quality, and then cannot be collected without using precise instrument." According to Zhang, the factory encountered the same difficulties as others during its primary stage. Hiring people was the serous problem. However, things went better later. "Now the factory is like a big family. The employees are untied and the friendship is built. They do not leave Kinfast and Kinfast cannot live without them." Zhang told the reporter.


To the customers, Kinfast strictly follows the principle of honesty and takes measures to assure its quality. "Kinfast has lots of repeat orders, and we seldom lose customers." Mr. Zhang said. "At present, although some customers pointed out the defects of our products, most of the suggestions are intentioned. Our goal is to achieve zero customer complaint."


For the future plan, Mr. Zhang thought that both hardware and software should be given full attention to. In terms of hardware, they will introduce more advanced equipment and carry out mass production. "Small profits cannot reach quick turnover unless we implement mass production. What's more, we should strengthen Kinfast's R&D capacity and meanwhile, we should adjust the industrial structure and produce value-added products. In terms of software, we should enhance the education aiming at staff quality and quality awareness." Mr. Zhang noted that they were at the buffer stage after the cut of export rebate. The whole industry is in the stage of adjusting prices. However, the tougher the moment is, the more essential to aware the importance of quality, because at that moment the goods rejected by customers will be more frequent.
